Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

All coaching sessions are nonrefundable.

Clients may reschedule one time by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations, missed sessions, and rescheduling requests submitted with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the session payment.

Clients should complete the questionnaire and submit any relevant materials at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to submit materials may limit the amount of personalized feedback provided during the call.
